Open Youth and 4-H Alumni Show
May 21, 2017 Starting 1pm Bourbon County Fairgrounds,

Open to all youth 5-18 yrs of age as of January 1, 2017 and 4-H Alumni 19 & over.
$7.00 entry fee for each class.- Exceptions: Class 9 Lead line is free.
Cash and Prizes: $15 for 1st Place, $10 for 2nd Place, $5 for 3rd place.
Trophy for 1st place and ribbons for 1st-8th places in each class.
4-H High-Point Eligibility (Must be a current 4-H member in any county):
One 4-H Junior (13 & under) and one 4-H Senior (14-18 yrs) High Point Award will be given. We will also be giving a High Point Award to our 19 & over 4-H Alumni
Exhibitor must show in a Showmanship class and at least 2 performance classes to qualify for High-Point Awards. Overall highest totalof points at the end of the day will be your High Point Winners. All Points must be with the same horse. If using more than one horse, each must have its own entry and back number.
Rules and Guidelines:
Kentucky State 4-H rules apply:
ASTMEI approved safety helmets required in ALL riding classes if under the age of 18. No exceptions. Proper boots or shoes with deep heels must be worn. No Tennis Shoes.
Riders under 18 yrs of age MUST have parent on-site to sign for permission to ride. Each horse must have a current negative coggins test certificate. No Stallions may be shown.
Show officials may excuse any entry for safety, health, lameness, or any other justifiable reasons at their discretion.
